AlarmForce Industries annual meeting of its shareholders is set for June 1, 2007. The company is coming off wham bam first quarter results with record earnings, sales and subscriber base. Investors will want to hear how management will continue the momentum at the shareholders' meeting. I think their US expansion plans will be the key.

I heard their meeting had been rescheduled to June 1. With their positive operating results, I figure they will be saying how they will maintain the forward momentum.

I checked the charts of AF. It's hovering near its 52 week high of $6.10. It seems that it wants to break out on the upside. The technicals are pointing upwards.

Stock doesn't seem to want to go down. The charts look very strong.
