Subprime mortgage lender New Century Financial filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It seems a lot of these companies are dropping out like flies. I think we have passed the halfway point towards the bottom. We're getting there but not just their yet.

It's still too early to enter the housing market. I'm keeping my powder dry.
