Faced with sluggish profit, Motorola cuts earnings estimate. Its market share is being hit in the lower end and the upper end. At the low end, they haven't adjusted their cost structure to make low priced phones at a profit. On the high end, competitors are coming out with newer and better products. Motorola did not follow through after the introduction of the Razr.
