News are surfacing that the United States has reached a deal with North Korea to ends its nuclear weapons program. In return, North Korea will recieve 1 million tons of fuel oil a year.
There was a similar agreement before, signed in 1994, but North Korea breached the agreement. This is a country that funds terrorism and sells weapons to enemies of the developed world. Can they be trusted this time? I like to hope but we will see.

Jimmy Carter had faith that the North Koreans would respect the last accord.
Look what happened.
