At these levels $26.47, I nipping at Citi. It's near its 52 week lows. I figure the worst of the situation has passed.

Despite the huge write downs, I think Citi still has too many bombs that has yet to go off.

I'm waiting until the second half before I would start sniffing at this sector.

This stock is still a loser. Money is better off put in winning stocks.

Rumors are going around that there are more debt bombs lurking.
