Here's a Bloomberg headline that caught my eye: "Fidelity Contrafund Reduces Energy Holdings After Trailing S&P." On top of that, the hot money (meaning the hedge funds) have unwinded their long energy positions and some are actually short oil. If you want to be a contrarian, now's the time to go scoop up some energy stocks at much lower prices. From a big picture view, oil demand is still going up and much of the new oil is being nationalized. Can anyone say Chavez and Putin????

I don't know about buying energy stocks just yet. I will be looking at a SUV instead of
a wimpy japanese import.

These companies have been making huge profits on the backs of consumers while they
exploit people and destroy the environment.
