According to the The National Association of Realtors, the housing market hasn't hit bottom yet. They trimmed its sales forecast for the fifth straight month and also widened its predicted drop in existing home values. Existing home sales should hit a pace of 6.11 million units this year, down from the 6.18 million units the group predicted last month. The national median sales price for an existing home should come off 1.4% to $218,800 this year.
