Canadian Finance Minister Flaherty has said that panicking in the face of the global economic crisis could devastate Canada.

I love Jim Flaherty, he seems cool calm and collected.

I hope this isn’t an excuse for the Canadian Government to do nothing.

Even if Flaherty wanted to panic, it’s not like we have an active pariament where he could do anything about it. When are they coming back February?

Great we elected these guys to do nothing.

Somewhere between doing nothing and panicing there must be a wise course of action for our government. I just don’t know if Harper’s team can find it.

I miss Stephan Dion already.
